This blog was going to have been a book. But I don’t really have the patience to put a book together, and somehow in my mind a book has a formality that stipulates a rigour that a blog doesn’t. What’s more, a blog can be linked. Even so, there is a certain logic to the blog posts presented in reverse order as I get round to writing up my sketchy notes, and this page is here to capture that.
